In 2015 Bericote acquired 15 acres in Minworth for the delivery of a new home delivery facility for ASDA Walmart. The ASDA facility only needed 9 acres so we were left with 6 acres to develop.

Bericote teamed up with Rockspring and embarked on the speculative development of a new 102,750 sq ft production/distribution unit. The unit, known as Chrome 102 was pre let during construction to DHL Express Ltd. This development created 120 jobs for the local community.
