After acquiring a 10 acre site in Heathrow for Asda on the Parkway Trading Estate in Heston, Asda only required 9 acres so Bericote bought the surplus land and using our own capital, and speculatively developed a self-contained warehouse with ancillary offices totalling 14,610 sq. ft., built to our usual high standard and was offered on a Freehold or Leasehold basis.

During the construction, Bericote managed to secure a sale to Ready Steady Store at a premium price for the area, due to the high quality nature of the development.
