Four Ashes, Wolverhampton
545,000 sq ft – Project cost £110 million.
Bericote have pre let 545,000 sq ft at Four Ashes Park to Spanish car parts manufacturer Gestamp Tallent Ltd.
Gestamp, one of Cannock’s major employers, is to relocate to the new £56.3 million manufacturing facility and make a £70 million investment in new equipment and fitting out. The move to the state-of-the-art stamping plant will secure the existing 800 jobs at the plant in Wolverhampton Road, Cannock.
The project has been supported by Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Local Enterprise Partnership, Staffordshire County Council, Cannock Chase District Council and the Department for International Trade.
Gestamp is taking a 25-year lease on the new premises, which is being funded by TRITAX BIG BOX REIT.
Bericote were proud to partner with Hope Into Action to sponsor two homes for up to 6 homeless/vulnerable people. The whole team also volunteered to help prepare and decorate a home.
“We asked them to Sponsor a home; instead they redecorated one, and sponsored two, allowing us to house up to 6 homeless/vulnerable people.”
