Phase ll: Bognor Regis

In September 2015, Bericote successfully completed two new buildings totalling 90,000 sq ft for Rolls Royce Motor Cars’ new Technology and Logistics Centre in Bognor Regis.

The continued growth of Rolls Royce and the success of reorganising their logistics activities in the South to Bognor Regis, has resulted in Rolls RoycIn September 2015, Bericote successfully completed two new buildings totalling 325,000 sq ft for Rolls Royce Motor Cars’ new Technology and Logistics Centre in Bognor Regis.e needing to extend the Logistics Centre buildings by a further 100,000 sq ft, with us being their first choice to deliver.

Working with the landlord Tritax Big Box REIT, Bericote delivered the extensions on time, including full fit- out of the buildings with lighting, heating, racking and sprinklers.
