The 8.5 acre Alpha Park site sits just outside Southampton – Source: Bericote Properties Bericote Properties has recently started construction of the 159,000 sq ft Alpha Park development after gaining planning permission in April. Once complete, the scheme, located on an 8.5-acre section of the existing Chandler’s Ford Industrial Estate, will comprise one unit of 84,311 sq ft, another of 53,818 sq ft and a third measuring 19,414 sq ft. The new scheme is expected to complete in the third quarter of 2017.
