This makes the Tritax Big Box backed scheme the largest and most valuable logistics park inside the whole M25 area. Planning approval was granted unanimously by Dartford BC this week, with Councillors citing the free FastTrack bus passes for new employees, cycle scheme and BREEAM "Outstanding" rating as key considerations. The final phase will see 143,000 sq ft developed across three units, with construction commencing in 2025.
