BlackRock appoints development partner in Thurrock

Tower Thurrock is located on a 14 acre site in west Thurrock in Essex. Bericote is tasked with securing a pre-let tenant to occupy the scheme which has planning consent for a 325,000 sq ft distribution scheme with a height of 24 metres. The site is part of a recent merger of RREEF UK Retail, Office and Industrial Property Funds with the BlackRock UK Property Fund. CBRE and Altus Edwin Hill have been appointed as letting agents.
