300 at the Powerhouse
Bericote has now completed a new 304,196 sq ft logistics unit at the Powerhouse, London.
The unit will boast a superb specification, including 21m clear internal height, 55M yard depth and up to 1MVA power supply. It has been assessed to BREEAM Excellent standards, and includes 20% EV parking spaces, along with a roof ready for solar PV coverage if desired.
This development is part of a wider scheme, following the acquisition of the Littlebrook former power station in September 2017. Bericote embarked on a £25 million programme of demolition, remediation and infrastructure provision to serve the 120 acre site.
99% (54,000 tonnes) of material from the former power station has been recycled, with 2m tonnes of CO2 saved from the re-use of recycled materials.
As part of this development, 2.3m sq ft is currently pre-let to Amazon and 450,000 sq ft pre-let to IKEA.

Strategically located on the M25 close to the Dartford Crossing, the Powerhouse has direct access to Central London and the South East.
